How the treatment works
A simple protocol. Start low, build gradually, and listen to your body.

- Chronic pain: start at 90 secondsThe first treatment on each point lasts 90 seconds only.
- Add 30 seconds every 24 hoursEach day, add half a minute per point, building up to 8 minutes per point.
- At least 2 treatments a dayThat is the recommended minimum. You can treat more often if it suits you, leaving at least one hour between sessions.
- Non chronic pain or injury: start at 8 minutesFor non chronic cases there is no need to build up. You can begin at the full dose straight away.
Important: if the pain increases during treatment, stop for 24 hours and then return to it.

There are various devices on the market designed to ease pain, such as TENS, ultrasound, magnets, shockwave and infrared. None of them claims to treat inflammation, and none of them is able to.

Is treatment with B-Cure Laser safe?
Treatment with B-Cure Laser is safe for daily use with no side effects. It is suitable for all ages, from children to the elderly, and in practice for the whole family. The treatment is non invasive and painless.
There are no contraindications with medications, or with conditions such as high blood pressure, heart problems, pacemakers, vertebral fixation with plates, or joint implants such as knee replacements.
Where there is severe inflammation, you may feel a stronger sensation in the joint as part of treating that inflammation. It fades gradually once the inflammation passes, within a few days of treatment.

each location, then add one minute each day until you reach the intended protocol of six minutes,
