This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share and protect your personal information when you visit hezoria.com (the "Site"), place an order, or otherwise interact with us. It also explains the rights you have over your information, including if you are located in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or the United States.

Hezoria is operated by Tax Free Supply Ltd, registered in Israel under company number 512962119. For the purposes of the EU and UK General Data Protection Regulation ("GDPR"), Tax Free Supply Ltd is the data controller of your personal information.

Payment information
Card details are entered directly with our payment providers and are processed by them. We do not store full payment card numbers on our systems.

5. Who We Share Your Information With

- Shopify, our ecommerce platform and host
- Payment providers, including Tranzila, PayPal, Google Pay and Apple Pay
- Shipping and logistics partners, to deliver your order and clear customs
- Advertising and analytics providers, as described in section 4
- Professional advisers, such as accountants and lawyers, where required
- Authorities, where we are legally required to disclose information
We do not sell your personal information for money.
6. International Transfers
We are established in Israel, so personal information collected from customers in the EEA and the UK is transferred to Israel, and may also be processed by our providers in other countries.
Israel benefits from an adequacy decision from the European Commission, meaning the European Commission recognises Israel as providing an adequate level of protection for personal data. Transfers from the EEA to us may therefore take place on that basis. Where information is transferred to other countries without an adequacy decision, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
7. How Long We Keep Your Information
- Order and transaction records: kept for as long as required by tax and accounting law
- Account information: kept while your account is active
- Marketing data: kept until you unsubscribe or withdraw consent
- Cookie and analytics data: kept for the retention period of the relevant service
- Customer service correspondence: kept for as long as needed to handle the matter and any follow-up
When information is no longer needed, we delete it or anonymise it.
8. Your Rights in the EEA and the UK
If you are in the EEA or the UK, you have the right to:

9. Your Rights in the United States
If you are a resident of a US state with applicable privacy legislation, including California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Utah, Texas and others, you may have the right to:
- Know what personal information we collect and how it is used
- Access a copy of your personal information
- Correct inaccurate personal information
- Delete your personal information
- Opt out of targeted advertising and of any "sale" or "sharing" of personal information as those terms are defined under applicable state law
- Not be discriminated against for exercising your privacy rights
We do not sell personal information for money. However, the use of advertising cookies may be considered "sharing" for cross-context behavioural advertising under California law. You can opt out by rejecting or withdrawing advertising cookie consent on the Site, or by emailing us.

10. Marketing
We only send marketing emails where you have opted in. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any marketing email, or by contacting us. Unsubscribing from marketing does not stop transactional messages such as order confirmations and shipping notifications.
11. Security
We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal information against unauthorised access, loss, misuse or alteration. The Site uses encrypted connections, and payment data is handled by our payment providers under their own security standards. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
12. Children
The Site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
13. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the date below and, where the changes are significant, take reasonable steps to notify you.
