Frequently Asked Questions
Everything you might want to know before or after ordering. If your question is not answered here, we are always happy to help.
Orders & products
Are your fragrances authentic?
Yes. Everything we sell is sourced through authorised supply channels and sold as fully authentic. We have been working in fragrance retail for over 15 years, and our reputation depends entirely on this.
What is a tester, and is it the same fragrance?
A tester is the exact same fragrance, in the same bottle and the same size, as the retail version. The difference is the outer packaging: testers are supplied to shops for display, so they usually come in a plain box rather than the branded retail box, and may not include a cap.
The liquid inside is identical. Because there is no retail packaging, testers cost noticeably less.
Do you sell samples?
Yes. We carry a large range of sample vials, usually 1.5 ml to 2 ml, which are a good way to try a fragrance properly before committing to a full bottle. This is especially useful with niche houses, where a full bottle is a significant purchase.
What is the difference between EDP, EDT and Parfum?
It refers to how concentrated the fragrance oils are, which affects how strong it smells and how long it lasts on skin.
- Eau de Toilette (EDT): lighter, fresher, typically lasts a few hours
- Eau de Parfum (EDP): more concentrated, richer, lasts longer
- Parfum or Extrait: the most concentrated, longest lasting, usually the most expensive
The same fragrance can smell noticeably different across concentrations, so it is worth paying attention to which one you are buying.
Can you find a fragrance that is discontinued?
Often, yes. Sourcing hard-to-find and discontinued fragrances is one of the things we specialise in. Email us with what you are looking for and we will tell you honestly whether we can get it.
Shipping & delivery
Where do you ship, and how long does it take?
We ship to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom and selected countries in Europe. Available destinations are shown at checkout. Estimated delivery once your order has been dispatched:
- United States: 3 to 5 business days
- United Kingdom and Europe: 3 to 5 business days
- Canada and other destinations: 5 to 10 business days
Full details are on our Delivery Information page.
Will I have to pay customs or import duties?
No. All import duties, VAT and customs clearance fees are paid by us. The price you see at checkout is the final price you pay.
Your order is shipped on a delivered duties paid basis, so there is nothing to settle with the courier or customs when your parcel arrives.
Can I track my order?
Yes. You will receive an email with a tracking link as soon as your order is dispatched, and you can follow the parcel all the way to delivery.
Returns & refunds
Can I return a fragrance if I do not like it?
Only if it is still completely sealed and unopened. Perfume and cosmetics are sealed for hygiene reasons, and under EU consumer law they cannot be returned once the seal or wrapping has been opened.
This is why we recommend sample vials if you are unsure about a fragrance. Full details are on our Returns & Refund Policy page.
Is there a guarantee on the B-Cure Laser?
Yes. The B-Cure Laser comes with a 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee. Try it at home for up to 7 days. If it does not help, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the device price.
The device must be returned complete and in its original packaging, with evidence that it was used as directed. Return shipping is paid by you, and refunds are issued after our inspection. Full terms are on our Returns & Refund Policy page.
How long do I have to return something?
If you are in the EU or EEA, you have 14 days from receiving your order to tell us you wish to return it. Email us within that window and we will confirm the next steps.
My order arrived damaged. What do I do?
Contact us straight away with photographs of the item and the packaging. If something arrives faulty, damaged or is not what you ordered, you are entitled to a replacement or a full refund, and we cover the return cost. The sealed-item rule does not apply in these cases.
Payment
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payment through Tranzila, PayPal, Google Pay and Apple Pay.
What currency are prices in?
Prices are shown in euros. If your card is in another currency, your bank sets the exchange rate and may add its own international transaction fee, which is outside our control.
